The only problem i would have is that i work 3 shifts and would not be able to make quite a few of the training sessions due to work, but yeah it would be a good idea to get the players to know what they are doing or where they are going to play, Would be a good idea to train on different maps aswell then we would not be stuck to playing dust2 !
Maps i think are good to train on:
Dust 1
Dust 2
Nuke
Inferno
Cpl Mill
POlease add to the maps you think we could do with learning

I think Dust2 and Inferno should be our main maps.

De_season another map that you should get good at, they come around not that often but in some leagues they play it.
De_tuscan.. . (same as cpl mill but u gotta learn about rotates n backup positioning cos its different to mill)
cpl_fire & cpl_strike >> just so u can get used to other maps, plus you can work on your aim more. as when you don't know the map 100% you should concentrate more ...

I forgot about fire and strike they would be good maps also, and we need someone who will call right at the start of every round cos somethimes we are a bit slow on calling and there for we lose the chance of taking a advantage against the other team.

Agreed. I believe there are two types of training, skills and strategy. Skills, people are doing anyway, though mixes and even general public play. But strategy is what we are lacking big time. In regards to the calling, just having the strategics in place should make the calls faster. As we can have one word calls that everyone would know what to do and have conditions in which each call should be made. For example, a strategy to use if the opposing team is overly aggressive as CT or a strategy to use if we notice a particular weakness on one area of the map.
In terms of doing this strategy training, the way I see it there are two phases. The first is to come up with what the strategies are for each map, and recording them in details (in word documents that I can convert into PDF's that can be put on the website under password protection). By detail I mean, I want each of the 5 people to know what they need to do, when to flow the flash, who will cover the back etc just from a single call. The strategy should also detail the high risk parts and suggest actions to be taken should any of these parts fail. The second phase would be to simply teach all members these strategies, with the meanings of the calls.

As a part of this I think we could do with more named locations on maps and for the names to be regularised.

Yes, I was thinking of using the system we had before with positions labelled 'Assault', 'Rifle/Mid' and 'Sniper' (for those who don't know this system, it works on the basis like football, with defender, midfield etc).

That's more like what we need , now all that is needed now is to put the places where you want the players to go. and also lable it all so people know where they to go.

Okay, would anyone be interested in the role of clan training manager...? Of course I would be helping, but my main thing other than getting involved in mixes and general running of things, is the website. Which is not going as fast as I hoped due to work load, peoples birthdays and holiday events. But for those interested I will start posting updates of my progress on the 'Website Ideas' forum.
